Worries and Fears
I think chatbots can feel impersonal or fake. I'm concerned the chatbot might use complicated language that confuses our elderly members, making them feel more isolated.
Prepare also means planning to make sure the chatbot works as intended, and trying to proactively detect any unintended or harmful consequences.
- Describe how you can Test the chatbot to make sure it doesn't fall into this pattern.
- For example: what questions would you ask it, and what types of answers would you expect?
- If you discover it does, describe at least one Mitigation you can try to improve it.
- For example: would you change the system prompt more? Or change the retrieval?
